About Raptor Kidz

Raptor Kidz World was born from a simple idea: kids learn best when they see themselves in the story. Not as students being taught a lesson — but as adventurers discovering the world on their own terms.

Every character in Raptor Valley represents a stage of growing up. Tiko is the wide-eyed explorer just starting to discover the world. Charly is the creative leader learning to use her gifts. Zahra is the thoughtful teen figuring out who she wants to be.

Together, they show kids that curiosity is a superpower, friendship is the greatest adventure, and growing up — with all its messy, beautiful moments — is something to celebrate.

K.J. Bradley is the creator and author behind Raptor Kidz World. Published by Obsidian Literary Group, the Raptor Kidz universe is K.J.'s vision for a new kind of children's storytelling — one that puts emotional growth, identity, and imagination at the center.

The Raptor Kidz brand is designed to expand across illustrated books, affirmation journals, activity books, classroom resources, and eventually animation and digital storytelling. The goal is simple: help kids feel seen, capable, and curious.
